To delete your account:
- Log in to your Orbit Home app.
- Navigate to the account settings by clicking on the settings icon [ICON].
- In the settings menu, choose Delete my account.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm and complete the deletion.
Once you choose to delete your account, your subscription will be canceled, and all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted within 48 hours.
Deleting your account will remove all your personal information and data associated with your account. This includes: your profile information, viewing history, and any other data we have collected as per our Privacy Policy and Legal Notices.
Please note that this action cannot be retrieved.
If you face any problems with your account deletion, please contact us directly at support@orbit-home.com or via chat, and our customer support agents will assist you in deleting your account.
